My family has been participating in various "spin" classes at our local YMCA. The other night it was just Travis and me. The instructor plays a song I haven't heard in years, which I used to own on cassette. Evy says, "something from the 80's" and I am enjoying it, wondering if anybody else knows who the obscure artist is.
At the end of the song, she says, "ten points for the person who can name this artist" and I enthusiastically shout, "Terrence Trent d'Arby". I turn to Travis and say, "I get a gold star." He replies, "You get an old star."
